FUNERALS
Covid-19 Update - Annie is able to help plan your ceremony via telephone or online consultation. If you find yourself needing to comply with the limitation on funeral attendees she is able to offer you advice and alternative ceremonies during the pandemic.
Losing a loved one is a time of enormous personal challenge and being there to help plan and conduct this final act of respect for your loved one is a great privilege.
A funeral is a time to honour, remember and celebrate their life, as well as to mourn their passing.
I work with you to create a service which both reflects the beliefs and wishes of your loved one – as well as allowing you to focus on your loss and find comfort in the memories.
And in my role as a Funeral Celebrant, I am able to conduct a range of different ceremonies tailored to your individual wishes, such as:
Part religious or non-religious (including elements such as hymns and prayers)
Spiritual
Holistic
Green Funerals
Natural Burials
Ceremonies combining the beliefs of your loved one
I will lead you through the service on the day with loving commitment to your needs and the promise of comfort through this final act of communal respect.
Whether you want to speak on the phone or send a short message, you can contact me here.
FAQs
Why Choose an Independent Celebrant?
Independent Celebrants are also requested and recommended by Funeral Directors to conduct funerals where the deceased has left specific wishes for a non-religious service. Funerals may take place at a crematorium, or outdoors at ‘green’ funeral sites.
How much does it cost?
As an Independent Celebrant, I will charge a one-off, all-inclusive fee, based on the size and scale of your ceremony – this is most usually arranged through the Funeral Director who is co-ordinating the arrangements.
Once agreed, I will give you as much time and expertise with planning this unique event as you need, to help you shape the ceremony to your own personal requirements.
